A step towards competitive soccer for aspiring young athletes! Building upon the foundation laid by our Recreational Grassroots and Rec Select Soccer Development Program, the Intermediate Program offers a more intensive training experience aimed at preparing players for the challenges of competitive play.
Here's what you can expect from our Intermediate Program:
Professional Coaching: Elevate your game with Fremont Rush's professional coaches, who bring expertise, passion, and a commitment to player development. They provide personalized instruction, strategic guidance, and mentorship to help you reach your full potential.
Structured Training: Train twice a week under the guidance of experienced coaches. Sessions focus on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and mental preparation—essential elements for success in competitive soccer.
League Participation: Compete in the NorCal Premier League, gaining valuable game experience against teams of similar ability. This provides a taste of competitive soccer without the intense pressure of higher-level leagues.
Expectations of Commitment: To maximize progress and team cohesion, attendance at all training sessions and games is expected. Consistent participation fosters a strong work ethic, discipline, and accountability—essential traits for success in soccer and life.
Bridge to Competitive Soccer: Our Intermediate Program prepares players for the transition to higher levels of play. Challenging training sessions, competitive matches, and exposure to professional coaching help develop the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to thrive in competitive environments.
To embark on this exciting venture, players are required to participate in our tryout sessions. These tryouts are not just a formality but a crucial step in ensuring the perfect match between players and our program. Our experienced coaching staff assesses each participant, considering factors that go beyond mere talent.
We recommend that players aspiring to join the Intermediate Academy have a minimum of 2 seasons of recreational soccer experience. This ensures a foundational understanding of the game and helps players build upon their skills effectively. Familiarity with the basic fundamentals of soccer is key, as we aim to cultivate a dynamic and cohesive team environment.
