SPRING rec 2 uniform pickup info

Just a friendly reminder, our Fremont Rush Recreational Uniforms are ordered in bulk with two deadlines for order dates. The first deadline was on April 8, 2024, and the second deadline was on April 15, 2024. The uniforms typically take about 1.5 weeks to process and arrive. Once they are here, our team of volunteers will assist in organizing the uniforms and placing them in bins. We then schedule pick-up dates as soon as possible so you can have your uniforms for the remainder of your program.

Please ensure that we have both your sizes by filling out the sizing form and an additional payment of $30 to successfully mark you as complete for our bulk order. Orders placed after the deadlines will be received after the initial pick-up date. You can track which "batch" your child falls under by visiting our Spring Rec 2 2024 Uniform Sizing & Payment Tracking Document by clicking the button below.

Dear Fremont Rush Recreational Families,

Please note that Recreational Uniforms are mandatory at Fremont Rush and are NOT included in your registration fee. Uniforms can be purchased for $30 using the simple instructions below:

Step 1: Fill out the uniform sizing guide by clicking on the following link: Uniform Sizing Guide. Please do not complete Step 2 unless you have completed Step 1.

Step 2: Make your payment by clicking on the following link: Payment Link.

Please note that our uniform orders are placed in bulk. We plan to submit the first round of uniform orders one week prior to the program launch date and the second batch one week after the program launch date. The turnaround time for these orders is approximately 1.5 weeks.

If we do not receive your sizing information and payment, we will not be able to include you in the first or second batch of orders. Both steps must be completed in order for us to submit your order.

If you already possess the uniform, including a white Fremont Rush Jersey, black shorts, and royal blue socks (please refer to the flyer), kindly inform us during your registration process.

Fremont Rush Weather Policy

The health and safety of our players are our top priority at Fremont Rush Soccer. We understand that inclement weather is a natural part of playing sports, and it is important for our players to learn how to handle and play in different weather conditions. However, we also recognize that some weather conditions can be dangerous or pose a risk to the well-being of our players.

In the event of severe weather or dangerous playing conditions, such as lightning or extreme heat, all training sessions and games will be postponed or canceled. The club will make every effort to communicate any changes or cancellations to players and parents as soon as possible through email and/or text messaging.

In the case of light rain, training sessions will proceed as scheduled. Players should come prepared with appropriate clothing and gear, such as a rain jacket and cleats suitable for wet conditions.

In the event of heavy rain, the decision to proceed with training sessions or games will be made on a case-by-case basis by the coaching staff and club directors. Factors that will be considered include the severity of the rain, the condition of the field, and the safety of the players. The club will communicate any changes or cancellations to players and parents in a timely manner.

In the case of extreme cold, the coaching staff and club directors will determine if training sessions or games should be postponed or canceled based on the safety of the players. Players should come prepared with appropriate clothing and gear to stay warm, such as multiple layers, hats, gloves, and warm-up pants.

Lastly, Fremont Rush Soccer operates under the weather guidelines established by the U.S. Soccer Federation. You may learn more by clicking here: http://www.recognizetorecover.org/environmental

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our weather policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to our General Manager at Info@fremontrush.com
