At Fremont Rush Soccer, our core values are the foundation upon which our youth soccer club is built. Today, we shine a spotlight on one of these values, Tenacity, and how our 2015G Blue team embodies it on and off the field. Tenacity is defined as the unwavering determination to persevere, to fear no one, and to work diligently even when circumstances are not in your favor.
"To be successful, persevere... persevere but do not be anxious. Fear no one. Be strong and courageous. Work when no one else is looking, even when the circumstances are not right and everyone else quits. Diligence never loses because it never quits. Outwork your opponent, and most importantly, work smart. Don't wait for external inspiration. The people who go far do so because they motivate themselves and give their best, regardless of how they feel."

"The team demonstrated our Rush Core Value of tenacity," says Coach G. "The team was down 2-0 and fought their way back to a tie. They never gave up and kept fighting till the end." Natalie Aparicio: "Tenacity involves a strong determination to score. I put in a lot of effort by working hard and giving my best."
Angel Henderson: "Tenacity means never stopping trying to get the ball back. I always try to get the ball, even while still learning. Being tenacious helps me always strive to get the ball, win, and never give up. Go Rush!"
Kamilla Donahue-Tanner: "Tenacity to me means trying your hardest and giving your all! During our game in Pleasanton, on a scorching day, I made sure not to give up and brought home a win. Whether it's a game or practice, each presents a unique challenge, but I always strive to give my absolute best."
