Camp Objectives (Players)
- Build consistent scoring habits and attacking confidence
- Strengthen 1v1 attacking skills
- Improve 2v2 combination play, spacing, and attacking coordination
- Enhance shot accuracy and power
- Train attacking movement on and off the ball to create goal-scoring opportunities
- Improve ball control and ball mastery under pressure
- Strengthen passing technique with both feet
- Develop precision, awareness, and composure in small-space possession and rondo activities
- Train quick decision-making in transition moments from attack to defense and defense to attack
- Emphasize first touch quality to maintain possession, tempo, and rhythm
- Reinforce scanning habits, open body posture, and off-the-ball movement to support fluid team play

Meet The Camp Coach!

Coach Cristian
Pursuing an Associate Degree in Kinesiology and holder of a Sports Management diploma from CONMEBOL (South American Football Confederation), with certifications in Coaching & Leadership, Organization, Sports Administration & Events, and Sports Social Media & Media Training. Additional coursework completed in child pedagogy and coaching.
Holder of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) National C License, as well as grassroots licenses for 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 formats.
Former player in professional soccer academies and national youth teams in Colombia, with collegiate playing experience in both Colombia and the United States.
Head Coach at Fremont Rush Soccer Club since 2023, currently leading the 2016B Blue and 2013B Blue teams.

Coach Victor
Holder of a United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeper Level 2 Diploma and specialized certifications as an International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA) fitness.
Extensive professional background in soccer-specific youth conditioning, sports psychology, mental conditioning, and high-intensity reflex development through small-sided formats.
Expert in elite goalkeeper technical development, specializing in shot-stopping mechanics, angle management, aerial cross timing, advanced parrying, and high-accuracy modern footwork distribution.
Over a decade of local development experience introducing volunteer training initiatives to youth athletes in Milpitas and the broader East Bay region.
