As Director of Coaching, Jerry will oversee the implementation of an innovative, player-centered coaching curriculum across all age groups. His expertise in advancing technical skills, tactical understanding, and fostering a mentality of continuous improvement aligns perfectly with the club's "Rush Way" philosophy.

I’m also excited to continue creating a player centric environment that every player can relate to, as well as enhancing our club environment to promote player development, thus equaling better players," said Jerry Losson. For me, joining the Fremont Rush and its surrounding areas/neighboring clubs is like coming home after spending much of the past few decades teaching Physical Education and coaching in Fremont! Children do not rise to low expectations."

Jerry's coaching achievements include multiple State Cup titles, regional championships, and the development of dozens of players who have gone on to play at the collegiate and professional levels. His ability to create a positive team culture built on commitment, resilience, and mutual respect has been a hallmark of his success.
