Club Announcement: New Director of Coaching for 2024-2025 Season

Fremont Rush Soccer is delighted & excited to welcome Jerry Losson as our new Director of Coaching for the upcoming 2024-2025 playing year. With over 25 years of coaching experience at the elite youth, collegiate, and professional levels, Jerry brings a wealth of knowledge and an unwavering commitment to player development to our club.

As Director of Coaching, Jerry will oversee the implementation of an innovative, player-centered coaching curriculum across all age groups. His expertise in advancing technical skills, tactical understanding, and fostering a mentality of continuous improvement aligns perfectly with the club's "Rush Way" philosophy.

"I’m very eager to be joining the Fremont Rush family! I’m also excited to continue creating a player centric environment that every player can relate to, as well as enhancing our club environment to promote player development, thus equaling better players," said Jerry Losson. "Growth is going to be enjoyable. For me, joining the Fremont Rush and its surrounding areas/neighboring clubs is like coming home after spending much of the past few decades teaching Physical Education and coaching in Fremont! Children do not rise to low expectations."

Jerry's coaching achievements include multiple State Cup titles, regional championships, and the development of dozens of players who have gone on to play at the collegiate and professional levels. His ability to create a positive team culture built on commitment, resilience, and mutual respect has been a hallmark of his success.

Under the guidance of Coach Chris, the Fremont Rush 2018B Blue Rossoneri continue to display outstanding Rush Tenacity on the field. Every player gives maximum effort, fighting for every ball and pushing themselves to the limit. Their energy, discipline, and focus show a level of determination well beyond their years. This team represents what it means to compete with heart . They approach every match with enjoyment, respect, and a commitment to improving each week. The Rossoneri remind us that success comes through perseverance and that effort is the foundation of growth within Fremont Rush Soccer. Rush Soccer's core value of tenacity is defined as persevering without being anxious, leading with strength and courage, and never backing down. It involves showing up and giving your all, pushing forward even when conditions are difficult or others quit, and working hard and smart to outwork opponents.
