What is the Flex Training Schedule?
Our Flex training schedule allows you to choose Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday training days.

Will you be missing a few weeks due to vacation?
Will the days above not work?

Let us know we will work with your busy schedule! Email us at [email protected] if you want to join but need some help with the schedule. We are here to help you get you players playing the sport they love!!

Players train with designated coaches who will focus on the 5 fundamental, individual, technical areas of soccer:

1. Dribbling
2. 1v1 (Moves and Fients)
3. Ball Control
4. Passing
5. Shooting

It is vital to the modern soccer player to be able to effectively understand and execute the relationship of the ball and the player in a fast and efficient manner.

What are Play dates?
Play dates are just small sided games (3v3, 4v4 and 5v5) where we allow the players to just play and express what they learned through out the week with minimal instructions from the coaches. We want our pre-competitive players to just play the game and enjoy it while still being challenged.

Players are placed on teams by ability and experience, not age, to ensure that every player is able to develop to their maximum potential. Parents can Facilitate the games but under the direct supervision of Rush Professional Coaches.
